Subject to grease used.<\/p>\n<p>FULL BALL WHEEL Wheel is shown illustrated with triple labyrinth seals but can also be supplied open. Wheel outer and track case hardened 58\/62 Rockwell C 0.8mm deep. Normal maximum temperature 260\u00b0C subject to grease used.<\/p>\n<p>PLASTIC WHEEL This wheel was developed to reduce the sound levels in noisy assembly sections of automobile plants. The center of the wheel is produced in PA6 with a polyurethane tire (PUR). Sound level reductions of approximately 10dB were experienced in assembly areas. Maximum recommended loads are 100kg per wheel. Slightly higher rolling resistances are experienced compared to steel wheels. In practice the increase in chain pull is negligible.
